1 – Who are the Company’s Registrar and how do I contact them?

2 – Who are Link Asset Services?

Link Asset Services is the Company’s Registrar. Link Asset Services is responsible for keeping Network International Holdings plc's register of members up to date and for administering the payment of dividends and other shareholder products.

Please contact Link Asset Services if you have enquiries about your Network International Holdings plc shareholding, including those concerning the following matters:

  • change of name or address or bank account details;
  • loss of share certificate, dividend warrant or tax voucher;
  • to obtain a form for dividends to be paid directly to your bank or building society account (tax vouchers will still be sent to your registered address unless you request otherwise);
  • lost or out of date dividend payments;
  • share transfers; and
  • information regarding the administration of your shareholding.
3 – Can I manage my shareholding online?

Yes, Link Asset Services, the Company’s registrar provides an online service called Signal Shares, a secure online site where you can manage your shareholding quickly and easily.

4 – What is Signal shares?

Signal shares is a secure online site where you can manage your shareholding quickly and easily,   Not only does this help us save paper, but also allows you to access your shareholder information quickly and securely.

Through Signal shares you are able to:

  • View your holding and get an indicative valuation
  • Change your address
  • Arrange to have dividends paid into your bank account
  • Request to receive shareholder communications by email rather than post
  • View your dividend payment history
  • Make dividend payment choices
  • Buy and sell shares and access a wealth of stock market news and information
  • Register your proxy voting instruction
  • Download a stock transfer form
5 – How can I join Signal shares?

Visit https://www.signalshares.com/ for details and to sign up. All you need is your investor code, which can be found on your share certificate or your dividend tax voucher.

6 – How can I update my address details?

Please note that for security reasons, Link Asset Services cannot accept your request by email or through the 'contact us' form.

If you hold your shares in CREST you will need to contact your provider to make the changes.  

Online

If you have already registered for a Signal share account, you can login to change your address. Once logged in, click on ‘Manage your account’ at the top of the screen and then select ‘My details’ to change your address.

If you haven’t registered, you can do so and update your address immediately.  Go to the Signal share home screen and follow the link to ‘register an account’.  You’ll need to enter your investor code, surname and postcode - enter the post code we have registered for you rather than your new details.

Call Link Asset Services’ helpline on 0371 664 0300 and select the option to change your personal information.  

To locate and help you, the Customer Service team will need to complete a security check – have your personal details ready.

Link Asset Services is open Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 17:30pm excluding bank holidays in England and Wales.

Make sure that your letter includes:

  • The name of the company(ies) that you hold shares in
  • The name of the shareholder
  • The signature of the shareholder or legal representative
  • The previous and new address

You do not need to send any documentation such as the share certificate with this request. The change will be processed within 5 days.

Next steps

Once your address has been changed, you will receive an acknowledgement through the post.

7 – I've changed my name. How can I update my details?

If you have changed your name, please notify Link Asset Services so they can update your personal details and send any documents and dividend payments to you using the correct details.

Please note that for security reasons, Link Asset Services cannot accept your request by email or through the 'contact us' form.

If you hold your shares in CREST you will need to contact your provider to make the changes.  

You’ll need to write to Link Asset Services and we will process your request within 5 working days. Please include the following:

The name of the company(ies) that you hold shares in

Your previous and new name

Your share certificate

You’ll need to include supporting documentation for Link Asset Services to make the change. The documents required depend on the circumstances for your name change, please see below. Link Asset Services do not accept photocopies.

Marriage: Marriage or Civil Partnership Agreement

Divorce: Decree absolute and Birth Certificate

Dissolution/annulment of a Civil Partnership: Civil Partnership Dissolution Order

Name change for any other reasons: Change of Name Deed / Deed Poll

The original documents will be returned to you by registered post.

8 – What should I do if I have lost/misplaced my share certificate?

In most cases there is a charge to replace share certificates, so we advise that you ensure you have looked thoroughly before requesting a new one.

9 – What should I do if a shareholder has died?

In the event of the death of a shareholder the next of kin or administrator of the estate should contact the Company’s Registrar, Link Asset Services.  

Link Asset Services have a free of charge Designated Bereavement Services Helpline on 0800 181 4702 between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). 

You will be asked to supply a certified copy or the original of the death certificate, together with an appropriate authority to deal with the estate, such as a Grant of Probate.

10 – Where are the Company’s ordinary shares listed?
